Question - I have a Warranty claim
Answer - My tree stand is leaking- PLEASE READ CARERJLLY. (For claims other then leaking call 1800-666-49 11)  Yes, you are covered for repair or replacement. However before proceeding with a claim, please read the following to be sure it was not a case of overfilling which happens on occasion and can easily be perceived as a leak. 99% of leak claims are a result of the following.
If by accident you surpass the fill line which is marked on both the inside and outside of the tree stand tube, the water will overflow the plastic liner near the eyebolts causing water to go between the inside plastic liner and the steel tube casing. This would result in water seeping out around the red (or green in older models) plastic ring where the tube (bucket) meets to the base.
If your tree is set up in the stand, check to make sure the water is below the till line. Wipe the outside of the tree stand under the green ring where the water leaked out. Make sure tree stand is 1/2 to 3/4 full of water. At this point if there is a leak the water would come out quickly around the plastic ring If no water comes out at this time, then it was a mistaken case of overfilling. Keep in mind that if it had been overfilled, there may be a little bit of water still seeping out that was trapped between the steel tube and plastic liner, it would only be a table spoon or two and will dry.
If your tree is not currently in the stand, check for a crack inside the green
plastic liner. A crack would be visible if there is one. If no crack is visible, fill
the stand 1/2 to 3/4 of water, if it leaks the water will run right out. If no
crack is visible and the water doesn’t run out, then you may have
overfilled the stand. If you are convinced that it is indeed leaking,
contact us and we will test and then repair or replace the stand
free of charge. Don’t forget to include a return address.
For warranty claim, all parts must be included with the returned
stand, including the centering piece.
